Lisk is an Ethereum Layer 2 blockchain built on the OP Stack and an original member of the Optimism Superchain alongside Base, Mode, and Worldchain. Operating in the blockchain sector since 2016, Lisk has a long history of working with founders, incubators, and ecosystem partners across Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
Lisk provides builders with startup programs, seed liquidity, tooling, and knowledge resources from inception to scale. In 2025, Lisk launched the $15M EMpower Fund—offering up to $250K per startup - to back practical, real-world Web3 founders in emerging markets.
Lisk Ventures is the venture investment arm of Lisk. Unlike traditional venture capital funds that often prioritize speculative projects, Lisk Ventures focuses on usability and the practical, real-world application of Web3 technologies.
As the SEA Ecosystem Growth at Lisk, I drive community expansion and builder acquisition across Southeast Asia. I run a full-stack growth function — bridging on-the-ground founder relations, regional media, and ecosystem program execution — with AI integrated across BD scouting and multilingual content workflows.

- Integrated AI across BD and community workflows — scouting projects and partners across SEA, accelerating multilingual content production for regional channels.
- Hosted 20+ community and developer meetups across SEA, building Lisk's on-the-ground builder and founder presence.
- Coordinated the Lisk Vietnam BUIDL-athon, scouting and onboarding 50+ projects.
- Executed the Lisk Vietnam Bootcamp, activating 200+ student builders through university and community partnerships.
- Ran regional operations for the Lisk × SUCI Incubation Program, supporting 12 graduate projects from sourcing to demo day.
- Operated the EMpower Founders Residency on the ground, supporting 7 portfolio teams and coordinating 200+ VCs for founder–investor matchmaking.
- Closed 15 media and strategic deals across the region.
